Maggie Tomkiewicz Realtor® at Milbury and Company in South Dartmouth, has been elected Southeastern Regional Representative for the Massachusetts Association of Realtors® (MAR) for 2020.
As regional representative for the Southeastern region, Tomkiewicz will coordinate association objectives and activities within the Realtor® Association of Southeastern Massachusetts. She will meet regularly with local and regional leadership to discuss real estate industry issues of statewide importance. She automatically becomes a member of the MAR Executive Committee and Board of Directors as a result of her election as a regional representative.
On the state level Tomkiewicz was the Milton H. Shaw Distinguished Service Award recipient in 2013 and was also a MAR past president serving in 2005. She is a member of our Board of Directors, is on the Executive Committee and is also a Southeastern regional representative. She sits on the Strategic Planning Task Force and will be RPAC Trustees for the Southeastern region.
On the local level, Tomkiewicz will serve as the 2020 RASEM Treasurer. She was also President of the Greater New Bedford Association of Realtors® in 1999. She is currently on the RASEM Board of Directors.
On the national level, Tomkiewicz will be serving on the Resort and Second Home Real Estate Committee for her second year in a row.
Tomkiewicz has been a Realtor® since 1989.
